Daniel Anderson is an appraisal and workflow process improvement consultant and software applications developer. Throughout the past 17 years, his works include: MobileAssessorâ„¢, Online Sales Verification, Sketch Validation, Uniformity & Equity Reports, Street Level Photography systems, Desktop Review applications, and Board of Equalization systems.
Daniel has been instrumental in leading mass appraisal remediation and property tax equalization efforts for appraisal and software companies, oversight agencies, and assessment jurisdictions on more than 70 projects covering nearly 7 million parcels across the country. He founded Data Cloud Solutions and served as president during his 11-year tenure, pioneering the industry's first real-time mobile data collection synchronization technology not restricted by database type. This technology is now in place across more than 250 counties and being used to manage over 15 million parcels. Daniel is currently a Woolpert vice president and serves as the practice leader of Data Cloud Solutions, a Woolpert Company.
