The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) maintains various Cooperative Contracts that enable Texas state, regional and local government offices to acquire geospatial data, services and software. The process for obtaining these assets is administered by TNRIS and is known as the Texas Strategic Mapping (StratMap) Contract.

As a pre-qualified provider of the Texas StratMap Contract, Woolpert offers a range of Geospatial Products and Custom Geospatial Data and Services.  This contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside of the state.
